Suzanne Willaert

Chief Executive Officer

  • Suzanne grew up in Mankato. She attended Drake University in Des Moines, IA. In 1996, she passed the CPA exam and started her career in accounting. After moving back to Mankato in 2000, she worked in several positions gaining professional and leadership experience. In 2019, Suzanne joined the Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic as the CFO and was later promoted to CEO in 2021.

Jessica Arnoldy

Chief Financial Officer

  • Jessica grew up in rural southern Minnesota.  She attended Minnesota State University, Mankato and received her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.  Jessica joined the Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic as the CFO in 2021 bringing over 15 years of accounting and leadership experience. 

Julie Morgan

Chief Operating Officer

  • Julie grew up in Mankato. She attended Minnesota State University, Mankato and St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN obtaining a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). She started her career with the Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic in 2000 as a PTA in the Back Care Center. Julie worked in patient care for 12 years and in 2013, was promoted to Compliance Officer. This opportunity sparked Julie’s interest in the business side of healthcare, and she pursued her master’s degree in health administration (MHA). In 2021, she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

Bobbi Nawrocki

Office Manager & Patient Services

  • Bobbi is a self-proclaimed Air Force brat from the sunshine state of Florida and grew up in Lakeville. Bobbi graduated from Minnesota School of Business in Court Reporting. After several years of working in the legal system and two orthopedic groups in the cities, she and her family relocated to Mankato. She started her career with the Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic in 1994 where she worked in various departments learning all the aspects of the clinic. In 2000, she was promoted to Office Manager/Patient Services.
