New CEO Takes Charge at The Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic
The Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic has recently selected Suzanne Willaert as their new CEO and Julie Morgan as their new Chief Operating Officer. Through Willaert’s background in the Mankato business community and Morgan’s longevity with the practice, they will be highly skilled in leading the team at The Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic.
Upon the retirement of CEO Andrew Meyers after his 30-year tenure (10 years as CEO) with the practice, The Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic was proud to transition the previous Chief Financial Officer, Willaert, into the CEO role. Willaert received her accounting and management degree from Drake University. After college, she obtained her Certified Public Accountant designation and worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young in Des Moines and Minneapolis. As a native Mankato resident, Willaert moved back to her hometown to spend the next 13 years working at a certified public accounting and advisory firm, and six years at a local financial institution.
In addition to the selection of Willaert, Morgan was appointed as the COO for the practice. In this newly created role, she will use her breadth of knowledge and expertise in healthcare and management to focus on workflow, systems and compliance requirements. Julie began her career at The Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic in 2000 as a Physical Therapy Assistant and most recently was the Compliance Officer.
