About OFC

Since 1957, the Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic, P.A. has provided Southern Minnesota with outstanding orthopaedic care. Founded by Drs. Paul Gislason and Donald Meredith, our practice has grown to be part of 10 different communities.

We’re your caring neighbors.

With 9 Orthopaedic Surgeons, 10 Physician’s Assistants, 5 Physical Therapists and over 70 support staff, our commitment and skill puts us among the most experienced orthopaedic groups in Minnesota.

Our focus is singular: the well-being of our patients.

To help achieve that, our surgeons, physician’s assistants, nurses, therapists and administrators work in a newly designed environment that puts patient health first.

The world of orthopaedics is always evolving. New diagnostic techniques, surgical advancements and non-surgical treatments give us many options to provide the best cost-effective care for over 30,000 patients a year.

Being nearby matters.

Being part of the communities in which we work means less travel time and inconvenience. We also offer nine out-reach clinic sites, each with a commitment to effective, personalized, local health care.

It begins with all of us.

We believe that when you’re part of a community, you need to take care of it. Whether it’s monetary assistance or simply volunteering, we’re committed to giving back.
